This week we’ve got the 90s on the brain as Joe gives a brief review of Seven Psychopaths, which reminded him of many films from that decade. We also revisit Quentin Tarantino’s Reservoir Dogs in lieu of its recent showing at Hollywood Theatre. Then it’s on to a discussion of the 90s in film, as the 80s nostalgia wanes it’s inevitable that films from this time period will be remade and repurposed for a new generation, but which ones? The answers prove more difficult than we at first imagined. Lastly, we double up on Laptop Cinema recommendations, as it’s been a while since we had this segment.
